If there is a maintenance issue in your apartment, you must submit a work order through the Appfolio portal. You may also call the following phone number: (610) 772-8503

If you have any general questions about your account ledger, your lease agreement, or anything else not related to maintenance, you may text: (386) 951-3452

The service hotline is available for EMERGENCIES ONLY! An emergency is any problem that must be addressed within an hour’s time, or will otherwise cause significant damage to the apartment or can injure persons inside the building. Examples include significant uncontrollable water flow from a burst pipe, plumbing fixture, or roof, or the heat shutting off in the winter, resulting in the temperature dropping below 55 degrees fahrenheit. Go to our website “ethelstreetmanagement.com” click on “RESIDENT PORTAL”. It will then direct you to the login page where you will enter your email and password.

If you have not yet created an account with Appfolio, click “Need to set up an account?”. Fill out the prompted information and click “Request Access” . This will send an alert to our company which will allow us to send you an activation link via text and email. The second option would be to download Appfolio from the app store directly. Type in Appfolio and download the orange app with the white door.

 Log into Appfolio and click pay now (one-time payment) or select setup auto pay (recurring payments). There are three different ways to pay. You’re able to pay using your credit card, debit card, or eCheck (which is ACH/electronic payment). There are different processing fees for these options. Please view each fee before making a payment to know which payment is best for you. Keep in mind that payments via eCheck may take a few business days to process, so please make sure to pay rent earlier to anticipate the payment processing time.

 Log into Appfolio, click on the side bar and select the “Payments” tab. Then, select “View Full Account Ledger”. This will allow you to see all charges that have been added to their account and any payments they have made.

Yes, all residents are required to have renters insurance with coverage of at least $300,000 in personal injury liability. Renter’s Insurance benefits you because it provides peace of mind that your personal belongings will be protected and injuries will be covered in the case of unexpected events
