Founded in 2021, Ethel Street Management has served multifamily real estate investors and their tenants in the Lehigh Valley and Reading. With over 250 apartment units under management, our goal is to provide a top notch service to our clients and tenant base, prioritizing great customer service and a quality living experience. We service the markets of Allentown, Easton, and Bethlehem. Properties in Northampton and Lehigh County not in the locations listed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In 2023 we are launching in Berks County and will also evaluate property management opportunities on a case-by-case basis.
Tenants will pay 10% of monthly rent in late fees if they fail to pay within 5 days of when rents are due
Payments are sent to owners on the 10th of the month. Any residual/late rent payments will be sent on the 30th of the month.
No. You can terminate the management agreement with 30 days notice for any reason.
Yes, $100 per unit.
Yes, you’ll receive detailed maintenance reports every month with notes and pictures/videos if applicable. We won’t perform non-emergency repairs above the maintenance threshold of $400 without contacting you first.
The annual inspection provides a detailed breakdown of each aspect of your property, including photos and detailed descriptions. The following aspects of the property will be evaluated and reported on:
